Tales of a Tide - wendy smith

Tales of a Tide by wendy smith Painting 47.2 x 29.5 :: 'Tales of a Tide' has an earthy application with the layers of colour an abstract response to being directly in the landscape by the river. I work directly with the materials E.g. mud and vegetation and place the canvases in the environment to absorb and directly respond to the essence atmosphere and materiality of place.
