Technofix 287 - Tin Bulldozer - West Germany - circa 1957 - Near Mint & Working! For auction: an iconic piece of West German toy history in an exceptionally beautiful collector's condition. This tin bulldozer (produced by Gebrüder Einfalt under the brand name Technofix) is an absolute eye-catcher for collectors. • Brand & Model: Technofix (Gebrüder Einfalt) – Model 287 • Country of origin: West Germany (US Zone / West Germany) • Production period: Late 1950s (circa 1957) first series produced! • Dimensions: Length approx. 19-20 cm • Mechanism: Powerful clockwork motor (wind-up mechanism) with a fixed key on the underside. Fully tested and 100% smoothly working! When driving back and forth the front bulldozer blade moves mechanically up and down. Condition of the object: • Visual: Near mint / exceptionally beautiful. The original lithography is beautifully color-rich and has a wonderful gloss. The number '287' and the brand logo are perfectly visible. There is no sign of the usual heavy paint damage or scratches. • Age patina: On the right side there is a very light, natural discoloration of the paint due to age. This gives the object a lovely and authentic character. • Completeness: Fully original and complete, including the original tin driver and the yellow-black striped lever at the front.
