This thematically perfectly matching lot contains the following two iconic collectibles: 1. The Great Tex Avery Trio sculpture (1996) This impressive and very heavy figure brings together the three most legendary characters from Tex Avery cartoons in one dynamic scene: the laconic dog Droopy, the hyperactive Wolf (Wolfie) with his popping eyes, and the seductive Pin-up (The Girl), surrounded by a beautifully waving film reel. The name 'Tex Avery' is embossed in relief on the large base. • Dimensions: About 24 cm high x 29 cm wide x 14 cm deep • Weight: +/- 1.5 kg 2. Droopy on Letters (1995) The sought-after, large character sculpture of the characteristically calm Droopy Dog, sitting atop the large yellow letters of his own name. • Dimensions: About 28 cm high x 22 cm wide x 14 cm deep • Weight: +/- 1.7 kg The condition: Both figures are in absolute top condition and the colors are beautiful and fresh. The original copyright data and manufacturer stamps are deeply engraved into the figures. A rare opportunity to add these two iconic French quality sculptures to your collection in one go in impeccable condition! Will be shipped with utmost care, shock-resistant and safely packaged.
