The show must go on No.13 by Bea Schubert Painting 23.6 x 23.6 :: This Series ""The show must go on"" is inspired by the song of Freddie Mercury/Queen. The song was released a week before he died. The show used as a symbol for life has to be enjoyed and continued by those who remain who must try to move on. Mercury knew that he was dying. He fought up to the very end... This powerful abstract artwork is painted on a powder blue ground. The size is 60cm W x 60cm H and 4cm deep. It is varnished for protection against dust and UV light ready to hang. A powerful painting with a strong and positive message: The show must go on ! My artistic expression is a rebellion against the dreariness of the everyday a manifesto for the joy and wonder of childhood. In my works I create a world where lightheartedness and imagination reign where colors come alive and hope and courage assume a tangible form. Each of my paintings is an invitation to let yourself be swept away by the power of optimism. They are meant to lift and inspire the soul: Don’t just dream you dreams.
