-- "Characterful Tibetan rug, hand-knotted with the finest wool, in beautiful condition" -- Professionally cleaned* -- approx. 90,000 knots per m² -- With Certificate *Before entering our warehouse, cleaned at a laundry specializing in hand-knotted rugs, then never used. This is a hand-knotted Oriental rug, made from durable, natural materials. The knotting method and the diversity of patterns make this rug unique and emphasize its authentic, artisanal character. It concerns an excellent high-use rug with an extremely long lifespan. This is a lightly used, cleaned rug that can be laid down as is. This beautiful Tibetan rug is hand-knotted from wool sourced from sheep in the high Tibetan mountains. There is no better wool to be found; moreover, the wool from these rugs does not first undergo color neutralization, but goes straight into a dye bath. As a result, there is a lot of variation in color, which contributes to its authentic and artisanal character. Main color: Cream/sand Accent colors: Taupe Notable features: Rich abrash (intrinsic natural color differences); Much variation; Beautifully clean and fresh; Full, thick and cushioned rug; Beautiful sheen.
