Silver Bowl 925 - Rare Historical Relic / Institutional Gift to Romano Prodi (Brown University) An exceptional collectible piece that merges the prestige of high Tiffany & Co. silverware with contemporary political history. This is a 925 Sterling Silver bowl (stamped "AG 925 Italy"), weighing 182 grams with a diameter of about 13 cm. The item is an official institutional gift, one-of-a-kind, commissioned by the renowned American university Brown University, and presented to Romano Prodi, former Italian Prime Minister and former President of the European Commission. On the side of the bowl is the precise original inscription: "With appreciation to Romano Prodi - Watson Institute - Brown University - 2009-2013" (the inscription commemorates the period during which Mr. Prodi held the academic role of Professor-at-Large at the institute).
