Acrylic on board, signed at lower left, retaining artist card to verso, unframed. 8 x 10 in. Tim Ford received his BFA at Appalachian State University in 1981. He spent several years working at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, and served as a studio assistant for the abstract expressionist painter, Nell Blaine. He then returned to North Carolina and earned his MFA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1987. Small loss at upper right corner, minor abrasions at the corners.
