The cel is presented inside its official Toei frame/support. On the frame the Toei logo is clearly visible and there are also several original stickers, which help document its provenance and enhance its charm as a historic object tied to the production and distribution of the era. The CEL is a scene from the memorable EPISODE 3, originally titled「目覚めよ 銀河の獅子」 – Mezameyo Ginga no Shishi - “Awaken, Lion of the Galaxy!”: during an attack by the enemy armies (the Akron), Kento and Dany search for Beralios, the famous dispersed cybernetic lion. Thanks to a mysterious energy and with the help of Dr. Earl, Beralios awakens and enables the union that forms Daltanious. The episode was first broadcast in Japan on April 4, 1979. This is one of the most significant episodes at the start of the series, focused on the awakening of Beralios, the gigantic cybernetic lion destined to become a fundamental component of Daltanious. The sequence shown in the photos (not included in the sale) depicts the key moment of the episode: the energy and the summons that lead to Beralios’ awakening, culminating in the appearance of the mighty robotic lion.
