Tolomelli Cesare - La mano sulla spalla

Two female figures united in a gesture of intimacy and protection. The contemporary Cubist style, characterized by geometric forms and strong chromatic contrasts, expresses affection, complicity, and comfort. Painting by Cesare Tolomelli: he is an Italian painter born in Bologna and residing in Rimini. Since his youth he has nurtured a passion for drawing and painting, developing over time a personal exploration focused on color and form. His most recent production is oriented toward figurative painting inspired by Cubism, dedicated mainly to the world of women. Faces and bodies are reinterpreted through geometric planes, chromatic contrasts, and decisive lines, in balance between figuration and abstraction. Over the years he has participated in competitions and art exhibitions in Italy. His works are present in private collections in Italy and abroad, confirming international interest in a production capable of dialoguing with the language of modern and contemporary art, particularly with the experiences of Cubism and expressionist painting revisited in a personal key.
