An impressive book about Ferruccio Lamborghini The book vividly tells the story of Ferruccio Lamborghini—from a manufacturer of agricultural machines to the founder of a world-famous sports car brand. Especially successful are the personal memories and the many historical photographs. The portrayal is admiring and less critical, which makes it very personal and authentic. For Lamborghini fans and lovers of classic cars, the book is a clear recommendation. The book is written by his son Tonino and also signed by him Shipping as insured dispatch Just to be safe and to clarify As I am a private individual selling the books from Germany, the BGB § 447 applies to me The risk: Here comes the so-called shipment purchase under § 447 BGB. The risk transfers to the buyer as soon as the seller has properly handed the package to the parcel service (e.g., DHL, DPD). The consequence: If the package gets lost in transit, you, as the buyer, generally have no right to a refund. You must contact the transport company.
