Tony Fernandez - Mickey Inspired by Michael Jackson...

• Hand Signed by the Artist • Certificate of Authenticity Included • Ready to Frame • From the acclaimed “Inspired By Collection” This striking original artwork by Tony Fernandez reimagines Mickey Mouse in one of the most recognizable scenes in music history, Michael Jackson’s legendary Thriller. Under the light of a full moon, Mickey appears transformed into a playful zombie version of the King of Pop. The torn red outfit, glowing eyes, darkened features and unmistakable dance pose immediately evoke the eerie atmosphere of the famous music video, while Mickey’s familiar silhouette gives the scene an unexpected humorous twist. Created in acrylic and ink, the composition is dominated by an intense contrast between the vivid red costume and the deep electric blue of the night sky. Loose brushstrokes, dramatic shadows and the desolate setting reinforce the cinematic mood, while the handwritten “Mickey Jackson Thriller” lettering completes the tribute. ▸ Acrylic and ink on art paper – Format: 42 x 33 cm ▸ Unique original artwork ▸ Hand signed by the artist The piece belongs to the celebrated “Inspired By Collection”, a long-running artistic series that brings classic Disney characters into unexpected encounters with major references from cinema, music, art and popular culture.
