Born in 1960 in Cao Lãnh, the capital of Đồng Tháp province, located in the heart of the Mekong Delta in southern Vietnam Tran Georges – Master Copyist and Virtuoso of Oil Painting Accomplished artist and outstanding technician, Tran Georges establishes himself as a master copyist with exceptional talent. Based in Vietnam, he masters with striking precision the challenging art of oil painting on canvas, brilliantly capturing the touch, soul, and palette of the greatest masters in the history of world art. From the geometric precision of Wassily Kandinsky's abstract compositions to the swirling lyricism of Vincent van Gogh's self-portraits, through the striking realism of Grant Wood's American Gothic, the luminous aquatic atmospheres of David Hockney, and the dream-like surrealism of Salvador Dalí's soft watches, Tran Georges recreates universal masterworks with remarkable fidelity. His meticulous craftsmanship, combining a keen eye for detail with perfect mastery of oil textures, testifies to a deep artistic sensitivity. Each canvas reflects not only rigorous copying work but also a genuine homage to the icons of modern and classical painting.
