Tray - Metal

This large tray is a true poem painted by hand, inherited from a centuries-old tradition born in the heart of Russia. On a background of black lacquer, deep and mysterious, flowers in fiery hues burst forth: blooming roses, a sunny dahlia, and exquisite small blue bells that still seem dew-wet from the morning. Created by the artist Platonova, whose signature sits delicately at the bottom of the foliage, this object embodies the mastery of Zhostovo work. Each brushstroke plays with light, layering nuances and transparencies to give life and volume to this eternal bouquet. More than a simple utilitarian object, it is a poetic and warm decorative piece, where the raw metal fades to make way for the timeless beauty of nature. Some signs of wear. Diameter 37.5cm Shipping to France via Mondial Relay. Not shipped outside Europe.
