Trilobite - Fossilised animal - Crotacephalina Gibbosa...

Trilobite - Fossilised animal - Crotacephalina Gibbosa...

Excellent fossil trilobite specimen, attributed to the genus Crotalocephalina gibbosa, from Morocco. The trilobite displays well-defined thoracic segments, a smooth and compact cephalon, and a rounded pygidium, perfectly closed against the head. Preservation is authentic and three-dimensional, with no evident reconstructions. The fossil shows a dark natural coloration that creates a very attractive contrast with the lighter sedimentary rock matrix, enhancing both its visual impact and display quality. Careful and respectful preparation highlights the anatomical details without alteration, making this specimen particularly aesthetic and highly collectible.
