19th century or earlier, comprising one with a feitian (apsara) flying among clouds, hand carved elm, with remnants of early paint, in a pine frame, 14 x 49 1/2 in. overall; the other with phoenixes flanking a small tree, elm with old reddish lacquer, 6 1/2 x 46 in.
