RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE To avoid possible damage to the mechanism, please do not set the date with the crown when the watch time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings you must gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Do not forget to screw the crown back firmly after adjusting.)
