RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE To avoid possible damage to the movement, please do not set the date with the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is advisable to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings you need to gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Don’t forget to tighten the crown after changing the desired settings.)
