RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE To avoid possible damage to the movement, please do not set the date using the crown when the time on the watch is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is recommended to set the date using the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some watch models have a screw-down crown; for settings you need to gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Remember to re-tighten the crown properly after adjusting the desired settings.)
