If you are not able to do this yourself, please seek a professional. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings, gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Don't forget to securely screw the crown back after modifying the desired settings.)
