Beautiful Vintage Ceramic Christmas Tree with Lights – Unique Cream & Gold Edition with Winter Scenes (39 cm) Description: Bring a warm, nostalgic atmosphere into your home during the upcoming holidays with this stunning and rare vintage ceramic/porcelain Christmas tree! This piece stands out from the well-known green trees with its stylish cream-white color combined with refined gold details along the branches. A true eye-catcher on the star-shaped base are the gorgeous, nostalgic blue-and-white winter images (in the style of Currier & Ives / traditional blue transferware) with snowy landscapes, a farm, and a horse-drawn carriage. The nostalgic winter images on the base are inspired by traditional English and Dutch winter scenes (Currier & Ives / Delft blue style). This unique design was likely produced in a limited edition, explaining the rarity of this particular piece. When the lamp in the base is lit, the colorful plastic 'lights' glow softly on the branches. The tree consists of two parts (the star-shaped base and the tree itself), making it very easy to replace the light source. A beautiful, atmospheric collectible that is guaranteed to create a warm, festive ambiance on the Christmas table, on a sideboard, or on the windowsill!
