All auctions / Watches & Clocks / Universal Genève - Superpiatto - 1960-1969
Interesting and very slim pocket watch built by Universal Genève, Switzerland, in the mid-1960s. Perfectly functional. Despite its age, its general condition of preservation is very good. White porcelain dial, with large black enamel Roman numeral hour markers. Slim blue-toned hands. Under 12 o'clock (Universal Genève), under 6 o'clock (Swiss). Mineral glass. Movement not photographed as I do not have the right tool to open the case back without damaging it. Movement perfectly functioning. Very tiny signs of wear consistent with normal use. Measurements: 4 cm in diameter, 5 with the bezel, 0.9 cm thick, weight 26 g. Photos form an integral part of the description. No shipping to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or the USA. Any duties or customs charges are the buyer's responsibility. Tracked shipping.
