The geometric pattern testifies to virtuoso craftsmanship, alternating a wide fringe of diamond points on the upper part with long slender flat ribs on the base, offering beautiful plays of light. Signature engraved by hand at the foot under the base: “Val St Lambert.” 2. Letter “M” engraved under the signature, attesting that the vase was cut by a Master Cutter of the manufactory. 3.
