Valdi - Una tarde sin prisa - XL

An Unhurried Afternoon In An Unhurried Afternoon, a woman rests comfortably while holding the phone in her hands. The large hat partly hides her face and makes the scene an intimate moment, detached from everything happening around it. The composition combines the elegance of the figure with the simplicity of a ordinary moment. The lines of the dress dialogue with the curved shapes of the armchair and the hat, while the tulips introduce an organic counterpoint and an intense note of color. The palette, dominated by deep blues and a bright yellow background, creates a warm and serene atmosphere. There is no urgency in the scene: everything seems to move at a different pace, like those afternoons when we can simply be, look, read, or let time pass. An Unhurried Afternoon celebrates those small moments that belong to us completely. A work about the pleasure of stopping, enjoying one’s own company, and recovering, even if only for a moment, a time without obligations.
