Beautiful pair of enameled glass vases, a characteristic production of the famous French glassmaker Legras from the Art Nouveau period around 1900. The base is satin glass ranging from transparent almond green to pine green at the base. The hand-painted floral motifs are highlighted with fine details and edged with fine gold. The vases are unsigned, as is the case for a large part of Legras’ glass production from this era, but this model is referenced in contemporary catalogs. Very good condition, minimal signs of wear. No hairlines or cracks. Height: 28 cm Diameter at the neck: 8.5 cm Circumference: 36 cm #madeinfrance
