Vintage Bottle/Jar in Artistic Murano Glass – Amethyst Canes, Amber and Aventurine – With Original Label - 1960s An object of refined art that embodies the unmistakable elegance of Italian Mid-Century Modern design. This splendid ribbed little bottle-jar with a coordinated cap, dating from the 1960s, is an authentic masterpiece of Murano glassmaking tradition. Characterized by a complex technical craft and a striking visual impact, it is the perfect piece for art glass collectors, ideal to embellish a vintage vanity or as a refined accessory for home decor. The Craft The cylindrical body is handcrafted using the vertical glass “canne” technique. Stripes of vibrant amethyst color, warm amber, and precious aventurine alternate harmoniously, creating a chromatic contrast of great charm. The presence of the characteristic shimmering copper crystals within the aventurine gives the object golden glints and a unique three-dimensional luminosity.
