Vincent STREIFF - Le Pirate au Chapeau de Paille –...

Original work and unique piece (1/1) by French artist Vincent Streiff (VincePopArt). Vincent Streiff's work begins long before painting: he collects palettes that could no longer be used, deconstructs them plank by plank, then completely hand-shapes a custom support, cut and carefully sanded for this specific piece. Each painting is born from wood with a unique history – grain, knots, irregular cuts – which becomes the signature of Vincent Streiff's style, between pop art and street art. The young pirate captain with a straw hat, hero of a worldwide famous manga, wears a conquering smile on a background of manga pages and splashes of color.
