Vincenzo Carocci - Tractatus locati et conducti - 1617-1617

19th-century binding, crisp pages. Some traces of beetle activity, probably extinct, but they do not affect the text, fully usable. Present at the title page: an old noble ownership stamp and a signature. Ownership stamp also on the back of the flyleaf. The publisher's mark depicts with strong allegorical meaning a cat pinning a mouse with its paw. It has 288 pages (double that if we count both sides).

Estimate:£10.88
