Vintage 1.85ct Amethyst and Diamond Cocktail Ring, c.1940s

This stunning ring features the birthstone of February in all it’s glory! The vibrant, deep purple Amethyst, weighs 1.85 carat and is in a rub over setting made of 18 carat white gold. Grain set diamonds sparkle in the stepped shoulders. The total diamond weight is 0.20 carat, and they are estimated as G in colour and VS in clarity. The style of this ring is classically art deco, and was made in the 1940s.
