Vintage Band Ring With Emerald & Diamonds in Yellow Gold, 1990s

"Emeralds with diamonds are particularly beautiful, provided that the stones are beautiful in colouration and cut, this composition looks immensely fresh and graceful," wrote the influential German fashion journal Bazar back in 1894. This vintage band ring shows us that this was still true a century later. Probably created in the 1990s, the ring features a solidly crafted ring band made of high-carat yellow gold. At its center, the ring is adorned by a particularly beautiful cabochon-cut emerald and two framing, sparkling diamonds. The brilliant cut white stones have a total weight of about 0.46 ct and complement the intense green of the emerald. Towards the top, the ring band widens, placing the luxurious setting at the center of attention.
