Vintage Marquise Ring with Red Spinel and Diamonds on Rose gold

Antique 18kt rose gold marquise ring (Hallmark: owl), set with a beautiful, deep red spinel weighing 2.96 carats, surrounded by old European cut diamonds with a total estimated weight of approximately 1.65 carats (estimated color H to I, estimated clarity VS). The ring comes with a Carat Gem Lab certificate specifying that it is a natural Spinel from Vietnam that has not undergone any heat treatment. 19th century work. Condition: very slight micro-scratches on the gold parts, slight wear on the stones, minor chips on the Spinel and Diamonds; see photos.
