Wall clock - Brass - 1940-1950

RARE COLLECTIBLE CLOCK Wall and table clock "Junghans". Created by Austrian architect Adolf Loos. Essential simplicity in contrast to ornamental movements, inspired by aesthetic simplicity and in contrast with Art Nouveau. Operates on the half-hour and hourly chimes. Bears the date 29/06/1943, although the origin of the design dates back to the 1920s. Presented in excellent condition with original patina, considering the decades that have passed. Glass missing. Original key supplied. Complete in every part. Measures 25 x 9 cm in depth, in its octagonal form. Weighs 1.4 kg. Shipping will be by registered mail.
