Wall mirror - Wood, Glass

Antique Venetian-Style Mirror – Carved and Gilded Wood with Polychrome Decorations Refined wall mirror with a hand-carved wooden frame, richly decorated with floral motifs and intertwined foliage. The gilded finish, enriched by delicate pastel polychromy in tones of pink, green, and ivory, gives the composition an elegance typically Venetian, softer and more pictorial than the austerity of Louis XVI taste. The upper pediment, adorned with a bouquet of sculpted flowers, and the side volutes that run along the profile, emphasize the lightness and grace of the design. The antique glass shows an authentic patina that underscores its vintage charm. A work of high artisanal decoration, ideal for classic interiors, boudoirs, or representative entrances, where one wishes to enhance the refinement and brightness of Venetian gilding.
