Half-moon in shape, gilded wood with burl and mahogany veneer. The moulding rests on a leg carved with a protome of a winged lion. Topped with a turquoise blue marble top. First Empire period. Height: 67 cm – Width: 92 cm – Depth: 38 cm. (missing parts and damage, restored). Swietenia mahagoni (II/B). Pre-Convention specimen.
