The brooch features an asymmetrical floral design, with leaves in finely ribbed gold-toned metal, navette rhinestones evoking petals and foliage, as well as round crystals and small light-blue rhinestones. The earrings reproduce the same elements in a more compact arrangement. The mix of different stone sizes, the shades of blue and green, and the textured gold surfaces add depth, contrast, and luminosity to the whole. Albert Weiss founded his costume jewelry house in New York in 1942, after working at Coro.
