WILLIAM HALD "AMERICAN FISHERMAN" BRONZE SCULPTURE

LARGE!! William Hald (Born 1948) "American Fisherman" Bronze. William Hald is an American sculptor recognized for his finely rendered bronze works, particularly wildlife and figurative subjects. Working from his own foundry, Hald maintains direct involvement throughout the entire bronze-making process, personally overseeing sculpting, molding, casting, finishing, and final patination. This hands-on approach allows him exceptional control over the quality and character of each finished sculpture. Hald's work has been exhibited at galleries including the Peterson Gallery and Wally Findley Gallery in Beverly Hills, New Masters Gallery in Carmel, and Dale Evers Gallery in Morro Bay. His sculptures have entered private, corporate, and institutional collections throughout the United States, including the Appleton Museum of Art and Chapman College, as well as numerous Fortune 500 corporate collections. Notable private collectors have included Sylvester Stallone, Peter Ueberroth, and Rudy Giuliani. Although particularly known for wildlife sculpture, Hald expanded his body of work to explore the human form following a commission for two gymnast figures from a board member of the U.S. Gymnastics Federation. His bronzes are distinguished by careful observation, craftsmanship, and an emphasis on movement and realistic form.
