Writing table - Wood

Elegant Vintage Folding Wood Table – Rare and Fascinating Original wooden folding table, presumably dating from the mid-20th century, roughly between the 1940s and 1960s. The clean lines and the scissor-like frame recall the small functional furnishings common in European homes of that period. The peculiarity is the upper top that opens, an ingenious solution designed to increase practicality and the possibilities of using the piece. The frame is also foldable, so it can be easily moved and stored when not needed. An object that tells the story of an era in which even the simplest furniture was designed to be solid, versatile, and functional, making the most of domestic spaces. Today it can be used as a side table, a small writing desk, or an original furnishing accessory, capable of bringing the warmth and charm of antique interiors into the home.
