About the artist: Yamila Velázquez (Las Tunas, Cuba, 1993) is a contemporary artist who uses digital intelligence tools, currently living and working in the city of Alicante, Spain. Owner and partner of a company dedicated to the sale, representation and development of artists and artworks, Velázquez combines her business vision with a deep artistic sensibility. This young Cuban talent has established herself in the field of digital art, using contemporary media to explore themes related to nature, landscape and the intimate relationship between woman and her surroundings. Her works address with subtlety and visual strength topics such as beauty, love, sensuality and feminine delicacy, always framed in enveloping, romantic and refined atmospheres. With a vibrant and expressive aesthetic, Yamila Velázquez manages to fuse classical influences with a modern language, yielding versatile, fresh and deeply evocative works. The painterly texture of her images, the masterful use of color and the emotionally balanced composition position her work as a current artistic proposal of high aesthetic value. Shipping and presentation: The artwork will be carefully packaged by a professional and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube, internally protected with bubble wrap to guarantee its integrity during transport. Shipments are made through reliable courier companies such as UPS, FedEx or Correos España, depending on the destination and the most convenient option in each case. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days, although it may vary depending on the destination country. This captivating piece features a golden Rhesus macaque, whose fur appears mended with the precious Japanese technique of Kintsugi, where scars and cracks are highlighted with gold, transforming imperfection into a higher form of beauty. The primate rests elegantly in a porcelain bathtub adorned with Delft blue motifs, a visual contrast that highlights the rich, detailed texture of its kintsugi fur. The background, a chinoiserie wallpaper in blue and gold tones, complements the color palette and the sophistication of the work. The piece evokes themes of resilience, acceptance and the transformation of adversity into art, inviting the viewer to contemplate the inherent beauty of imperfection. This work is an exceptional addition to any collection that values craftsmanship, symbolism and the fusion of cultural influences.
