This spectacular work of art pays homage to the majesty of Paris, transforming its iconic urban landscape — crowned by the imposing silhouette of the Eiffel Tower — into a breathtaking and dynamic interpretation of Kintsugi. The canvas presents a captivating dichotomy where the intricate geography of the Parisian rooftops in deep blue and cobalt is unified with the night sky through sumptuous veins and gold textures that flow through the structure of the tower, the dome of Les Invalides, and a turbulent sky that evokes Van Gogh’s brushstroke. These flowing golden currents act as the metallic resin of the traditional Japanese technique, poetically suggesting that the invisible fractures of urban history and the human soul have been repaired with nobility, turning a sky that would otherwise be stormy into a sublime refuge of resilience and imperishable light.
