Zippo lighter - Matte Grey - Special Edition "Nave Scuola Amerigo Vespucci" - With original US vintage display stand Item Description Up for auction is an exceptional and highly sought-after Zippo lighter, original Made in USA, a piece of great interest for Italian and international collectors of maritime and military memorabilia. The front panel is beautifully decorated with an accurate and detailed color illustration dedicated to the Training Ship "Nave Scuola Amerigo Vespucci", the historic sailing ship and icon of the Italian Navy. The design shows the majestic sailing ship in full sail, rendered in warm browns, beiges and whites that contrast perfectly with the background color. At the top stands the elegant cursive inscription "Nave Scuola Amerigo Vespucci", topped by a small Italian tricolor flag. On the right side there is the official inscription "Printed by Zippo", attesting to its factory-original decoration. The metal case features a refined Matte Grey finish, smooth and anti-reflective. The lot includes its rare vintage black rigid plastic vertical display stand with the gold embossed inscriptions "Zippo U.S.A. Lighter" at the top and "Lifetime Guarantee" on the base.
