Henri Étinne-Martin (1913-1995) France

Henri Étinne-Martin was a French artist and sculptor. He is famous for his bronze sculpture series Demeures (Dwellings). The series can be seen both in public spaces such as museums, and outdoor environments.
During his career, Étinne-Martin worked mainly with sculpture, and he received a sculpture prize during the Venice Biennale in 1966. Étinne-Martin was elected into the Académie des Beaux-Arts in 1971, and he was also a professor of sculpture at the art school École des Beaux-Arts in Paris during 1968-1983.
