ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where name supersedes talent and where industrial production replaces the hand of man, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet strict criteria of excellence. Our mission is simple but radical: to restore nobility to the act of authentic creation. Our commitment: true art, with brave and, above all, hardworking artists. We travel across Asia in search of genuine talents, artists whose work is not merely a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria: 100% Handmade: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal work, where the artist’s hand is the sole engine of creation. Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, designed and created by the artist themselves. The signature as commitment: each piece is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not just a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the assurance that the artist fully owns their work, from the initial sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on boards (printed signatures); only hand-signed signatures by the artist are accepted, otherwise we reject the works. Against "Art Marketing" We strongly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a decorative, mass-produced piece, without real input from the artist, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as the marketing fades. We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of the work. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and invests their soul in their work is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. While we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade away. Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery? By choosing a work with us, you are not just acquiring a piece of Art. You support: 1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity. 2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who created your work and how it was made. A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves, not some vulgar outsourcing, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent. Enter a collection where every work tells a true story. Yours begins here with the acquisition, right now, of this work selected by ARTIS Art Gallery. Contact us: artisartgallery.assistant@gmail.com Biography of TA Duy Tung (1961). Born in 1961 in Hai Phong, Vietnam. Ta Duy Tung is a contemporary Vietnamese painter born in 1961 in Hai Phong. A respected figure on the artistic scene of his hometown, he has developed a unique visual language that oscillates between psychological realism and lyrical abstraction. Style and Artistic Vision His work is distinguished by a deep exploration of the human figure, often staged in fragmented or partially concealed compositions. Through the use of marked chromatic contrasts — such as the transition from black and white to bright color touches, or the contrast between dark backgrounds and warm flesh tones — he captures the subject’s inner life. • Gaze and Silence: His portraits, whether frontal or profile, exude a melancholic serenity. Attention to the details of the gaze or the contour of a face testifies to great technical mastery. • Technique: The artist works with material, using broad, textured brushstrokes to create effects of movement or erasure, often symbolizing the passage of time or the duality of identity. Themes Themes of femininity, urban memory, and traditional culture are central to his work. Whether through silhouettes of phantom cities rising behind a face or the elegance of a woman dressed in ethnic patterns, Ta Duy Tung weaves a link between Vietnam’s cultural heritage and introspective modernity. Today, his paintings are appreciated for their ability to evoke immediate emotion, inviting the viewer on a journey beyond the image, into the recesses of the human soul.
