Bramìto della Sala is an elegant and expressive 100% Chardonnay from the vineyards surrounding the historic Castello della Sala estate, near Orvieto in Umbria. The vineyard soils, rich in marine fossil deposits and clay, give the wine its distinctive minerality and elegance. The 2023 vintage shows a bright, intense straw-yellow color. On the nose, it offers fresh and fragrant aromas of Golden apple and hawthorn, complemented by delicate notes of lemon pastry cream, vanilla and biscuit. The palate is creamy, fresh and pleasantly savory, with a well-balanced structure and vibrant acidity. Subtle hints of citron zest add freshness and persistence to the finish, highlighting the characteristic elegance of Chardonnay from Castello della Sala. A refined and versatile white wine, combining fruit, freshness, creaminess and mineral character with a subtle influence of oak.
