Ruggero Salvatore - Un'icona di viaggio sospesa...

Conceptual urban landscape in Pop Art / Pop Realism style Put up for auction for the first time directly from a private collection, this fascinating painting dating from the 1990s represents a true gem for discerning and demanding collectors. Subject and Composition: The work features an original top-down framing (bird's-eye view) with a vintage car suspended on turquoise asphalt and a textured background in warm earth and orange tones. Style and Artistic Echoes: The composition combines the chromatic strength and formal clarity typical of Pop Realism with the vibrant sensibility of masters such as Wayne Thiebaud and David Hockney, without neglecting the suspended, metaphysical atmosphere of Edward Hopper.
