Knoll

Knoll is a design company manufacturing seating, tables, desks, textiles, lamps and office systems. The company was founded in New York City by Hans Knoll in 1938. Knoll has during the years collaborated with a large number designers like Frank Gehry, Pierre Jeannaret, Abbot Miller, Ettore Sottsas, Hans Wegner, Ilmari Tapiovaara. Some of the most prominent products that has been created during the years are the ”Tulip Chair” by Eero Saarinen, ”Barcelona Chair” by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and the ”Wassily Chair” by Marcel Breuer.
