Harriet Sweet has a BA in History from the University of Exeter. She previously set up the Vintage Fashion department at Mallams Auctioneers, and now works at the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art. She combines her love of history with her interest in vintage fashion to explore the stories behind the fashion of the past. In her articles she writes about vintage and designer fashion, often exploring how fashion relates to the art world.
