On 10th January, Auction XXXIX, will focus on The Brody Family Collection of Ancient Jewish Coins. The collection began back in the 1980's, when Dr. Martin Brody attended a coin show in Miami, where he met David Hendin, one of America's leading specialists in ancient Jewish coins.
''The chance meeting peaked my Judaic interest in the coins of our ancestors, and I was hooked,'' explains Brody.
As well as this incredible collection of ancient Jewish history, Baldwin's will also be hosting sales on the 11th and 12th. The XL sale will focus on ancient and world coins, whilst the XLI features medals and decorations from the Russian Orders.
