There are many diamonds to be found in the next auction hosted by the Cambi on 24 May in Milan: stones ready to be mounted on engagement rings, earrings, pendants and other fine offers. There are two rounds of auction: one at 2pm with lots 201 to 321, and the second from 3:30 pm with lots 322 to 617.

One lot in particular stands out in this rich catalogue: a brilliant-cut, G colour of 6.58 carats, VVS2 clarity, which will be sold with an estimate of €120,000-150,000.

The Art Deco style gives lessons in harmonic geometry, especially with brooches, chokers and bracelets. This movement has also inspired modern and contemporary jewels, which are designed with different proportions, thus becoming more wearable, playing with colour to make them special and meaningful. Among the brooches, we are particularly struck by this two-piece with diamonds and platinum setting, signed and numbered from the prestigious Parisian maison Mauboussin.

Many emeralds and aquamarines with bright colours feature in the sale, echoing nature, the oceans and the sea. Two rings, quite particular and very different from each other, offer heart-cut diamonds: a GIA-certified fancy colour and the wonderful jewel you see in the above photo, accompanied by a natural pearl.

The range of bracelets is also very rich. Our eyes focus in particular on this bracelet with Sri Lankan sapphires and diamonds, set in platinum.

Also striking is the very delicate touch of green of the emeralds of lot 477, which further dot and embellish this delightful diamond bracelet, also set in platinum and numbered 9351.

Last but not least, this Rivière (a necklace of gems which increases in size towards a large central stone) stands out for its beauty and brightness with brilliant-cut diamonds and shield-cut diamonds for approximately 46.00 carats, with platinum setting with firmness in 750/1000 white gold.
As a reminder, this auction, full of sumptuous jewels, will take place at Cambi on 24 May.
