On 14 July, the final Cricket World Cup game for 2019 will be played. However, regardless of the outcome or the ultimate winners, you needn’t wait until 2023 to get back into the cricketing spirit. Significant and rare cricket memorabilia – as well as sporting memorabilia from all fields – are available for bids through till 22 July via LastBid, the auction collective for unsold treasures at auction. 

Around 250 sporting memorabilia items are included in the sale, with those from baseball, boxing, cricket, football, golf, horse racing, motorsports, the Olympic Games, rowing, Rugby League, Rugby Union and tennis. The range of periods included are fairly exhaustive, from the current England Cricket team to autographed photos of Pele to an Olympic Medal from 1932 LA.

This lots comprises cricket autographs, including official autograph sheets for the 1958 New Zealand team to England; and the New South Wales team v Tasmania 1982; an autographed postal cover for Old Australia XI v Old England XI at The Oval 27.8.80, signatures including Bob Simpson, Neil Harvey, Frank Misson, John Gleeson et al; and an album containing 42 pre-prepared cricket autograph cards, signatures including Len Hutton, Dennis Amiss, Doug Insole, Malcolm Marshall, Ian Bishop, Fred Trueman, Colin Cowdrey, Ian Healey, Mark Taylor, Dean Jones, Chris Tavare and many others, some duplication of players

This group of six leather cricket balls and eight mini-bats are signed by current England players. The cricket balls are signed by Joe Root, Chris Woakes, James Anderson, Moeen Ali, Steven Finn & Stuart Broad, the Root & Broad; the mini-bats are signed by England cricketers Sir Alastair Cook, Joe Root, Jonny Bairstow, James Vince & Jason Roy, Ben Stokes, Dawid Malan & Eoin Morgan. Signatures are made in black marker pen, and the lot is sold with a photo proof dealer's COA (15).

This lots comprises fourteen signed photographs of England cricketers past and present, signed in black marker pen by England Test Legends David Gower, Mike Brearley, Sir Ian Botham, Allan Lamb, Kevin Pieterson, Michael Atherton, Nasser Hussain & Sir Alastair Cook, and Current England test players Ben Stokes, Eoin Morgan, James Anderson, Jason Roy, Joe Root & Jonny Bairstow. The images vary sizes, but are typically 10 by 8 inches and are sold with a photo proof dealer's COA (15)
